Lisa Palladino, Ph.D.

Dr. Palladino is a clinical psychologist and Certified EMDR therapist who has worked with individuals, couples, and families for more than a decade. She works with adults, adolescents, and middle-school-aged children. She specializes in attachment trauma, relationship struggles, individuation from family of origin, healing shame, grief, cultural identity issues, intergenerational trauma, maternal/paternal mental health, and the challenges of parenthood. 

 

Prior to working with Bayside Psychology, Dr. Palladino ran a private practice where she provided therapy to adults, families, and at-risk youth in agencies, public schools, and at community-based settings in San Francisco and Ojai, CA, where she also supervised and trained other clinicians in the practice of psychology.

Dr. Palladino's approach is rooted in mindfulness, and integrates psychodynamic theory, Jungian psychology, and somatic psychology. She is certified in EMDR and has advanced training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Trauma Resiliency, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Level One PACT training.

 

Dr. Palladino received a BA from Sarah Lawrence College, an MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute, and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute in California.
