Ellen Foster, Psy.D.
Dr. Foster is a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience treating and evaluating pre-teens and teens. Her specialties include managing anxiety and depression, dealing with ADHD and OCD, helping individuals overcome trauma, and guiding them to develop healthy ways to cope with stress and to regulate their emotions effectively.

She has extensive training and experience employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness.
She uses an integrated approach to building wellness: she strives to make sure that her clients feel heard and understood, while helping them build critical skills to manage emotions, overcome challenges, and help them reach their highest potential. She fosters a safe space for healing where patients can work to build lives of value and happiness.

A graduate of Smith College in Northampton, MA, where she studied psychology and education, Dr. Foster earned a Masters in Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn), before earning her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from Immaculata University.
